If you find a tear in the space/time continuum, it may have been from Adam. I saw his this week wearing packers socks and a vikings jacket. I'm not into sports, but I know that's the situation when bad stuff happens in scifi.
No, I don't know where the packers socks came from!
I'm really enjoying my daddy day today. He dropped the brothers off with the Gp's and spent the entire day with me!
First he snuck me into mens bible breakfast. Then we hung out and watched some scifi while he fed me. Off to nap time. Then we go get those brothers of mine. Ugh....
Welcome to the new website. We move hosting off of google onto our own VPS on linode. Things should be faster now!
Mommy and I were in the grocery store the other day and I was riding in the red sports car attached to her cart. When we were all finished mommy said, "Okay Adam it's time to go buy everything." As she pushed me down the aisle I waived at each item, high and low, and said, "Bye everything! Bye everything! Bye everything! Bye everything....."
I'm 7 months old now and loving every bit of it. I can almost sit up on my own and I can wiggle to reach things nearby. I am really hoping to get up and crawling soon and I spend every minute trying. My first tooth is cutting and that is not so fun. But, I'm still a happy girl. No pain no gain. I'm still Daddy's Little Miss Rebekah. I can never be sad when he's around. He just totally gets me. Actually, I'm pretty happy for just about everyone and pretty much all the time. We recently went to Uncle Adam's wedding and I got to wear a huge bow in my hair and a frilly dress. I loved it!
Well I better get back to playing with my toys.
Miss Rebekah
FYI, it turns out green beans in ketchup is delicious! Who would have known?
Well actually everything in ketchup (or salsa) is delicious.

Yes, I know it is August. And yes, Frosty the Snowman is my favorite movie right now. I try to watch it 2 or 3 times a day...AT LEAST! You got a problem with that?
Adam
I'm busy busy busy working in my office these days. It takes a lot of concentration to move my pegs from one side to the next. It's all in a day's work! David is my constant companion. He treats me like the princess that I am. He is always on blankie and pacifier duty and makes sure I never go without. He gives me lots of smooches all day long and pets my head. I just wish he'd hold back on the head patting when his hands are full of sour cream and onion from his afternoon snack. Yuck! But, he's my big brother and my best buddy. Adam cares for me as well, but he thinks of me as one of the "kids." I'm eating apples, carrots and pears now. I love to eat from a spoon. I'm outgrowing all of my clothes so I need to unpack more! I"m in 12 mo. outfits now.
Well, it's time for my nap. Hugs and Kisses!

Tonight Mommy decided to have a sing-a-thon before bedtime. As she laid down in the bed next to Adam and sang I hopped on her back. We would sing, "Yes Jesus loves (jump jump) MEEEE! Yes, Jesus loves (jump jump) MEEE! I loved hopping on mom right before the last word of a verse. Same with wheels on the bus. I especially loved the people going bumpity bump. Then I hopped down and patted her on the back and said, Ahhhh.
Nigh Nigh!

So today I was outside with the boys. I saw a table full of guns, like a scene from Matrix. I grabed one and went for Adam. I said stick-em-up. I shot him a few times. He said, no no daddy. I'm playing with bubles. So I moved to David.
David was playing with one of those big red with a yellow top cars. He had just gotten out. I shot him a few time grand theft auto style. He held out his hand for the gun. I handed it to him, expected retaliation. He aim it towards his chest and fired off two shots with a bored look on his face. Sort of saying, wow Dad big deal. Then he handed me back the gun with a look of dissapointment.
Maybe tomorrow Daddy!
It’s official. I’ve done it. I have my Daddy wrapped around my little finger. I know he fought the idea of having a little princess in the house, but when he sees me with a little pink dress and a bow in my hair and a big smile on my face he just melts. Mission accomplished! It really wasn’t that hard because I love my daddy SOOOO much. He is so sweet and happy and talks to me all the time. Mommy gets busy a lot with my big brothers hounding her so Daddy and I just sit in the corner together making fun of the chaos and enjoying each other’s company. Mommy likes our special bond too because Daddy is usually willing to get up early in the morning to spend time with his princess.
I’ve been sleeping through the night for about a month now. Mommy and Daddy are amazed. I think it’s because my brothers have trained me. They exhaust mommy & daddy during the day so it takes a lot for my parents to wake up at night. And I just don’t have that in me. Especially if it disturbs my daddy. My brothers are SO entertaining. I just sit in my little chair and watch them run around all day. I like their cartoon shows too, especially Mickey Mouse.
Well, it’s time for me to be cute some more.
Love,
Rebekah Grace
I’m looking forward to getting Adam’s party over with so we can start focusing on mine. Maybe we’ll have trains or zoo animals for my party theme. My absolute favorite things these days are imitating animal noises. I like to pull out every book I own and hunt for animals in the pages. Of course I still love my ducks. But, I also love pigs. I imitate a pig sound by making snoring noises. It actually sounds pretty close to a real pig. On Sunday, the family went to a village picnic where there was a petting zoo. It was great. Adam and I ran around and pet every animal we could catch. I just went as fast as I could touching each animal once on the butt and then going after the next one. I would point at the chickens and go “bawk bawk bawk.” I would walk up to the sheep and say BAAAAAA! right to their face. I even found a spotted sheep I just called a cow for convenience sake and would shout MOOOOO! It was a lot of fun.
I also have all 4 of my canine teeth coming in at once. This is very painful but I’m a tough kid. At night I like to mimic my brother’s complaints to get mommy and daddy going. For example, I asked to be tucked in and after they turn their back I kick off my blankets and ask to be tucked in again. I have to be careful though because they won’t play that game for long. At night I sleep with Roo (who I call Mouse) and Tigger. Mommy tucks all 3 of us in and give us each a kiss. Then I give them kisses too.
Everything is going well. I love my little sister Ubetah and I try to be gentle around her. I told Mommy we could use even more kids around this house. She just rolled her eyes at me.
Love,
Day-Day
Adam Dobbs is tree today! I get to have Happy Birthday cake. And blow candles. Green ones! I eat pizza for lunchtime. And go upside and play! Mommy said, “Happy Birthday Adam!” I said, “Happy Birthday Mommy! I love you!” My Happy Birthday Party is on Sunday and I get balloons and cake and green candles. Mommy says there will be fire trucks on my cake. I want my party now! Day-day and Ubetah will be at my party too. I love getting my birthday cards in the mail. I say, “My mail!” and open it up and tell mommy all about the pictures on my cards. I wish it were my birthday every day.
Now that I’m three I’m a big boy. I’m pretty much potty trained now (except for at night)..slap a diaper on me at night and I am good to go. But, during the day I know I need to pee in the potty and I do it like a pro. My favorite prizes are truck stickers that I wear like tattoos and don’t take off until mommy washes them off at bathtime. Now that I have potty training down I really need to start sleeping in my bed all night. Mommy is not too happy because I wake up in the middle of the night and lay on the floor by her bed and sleep there the rest of the night. The rule is I can’t touch anything or wake her up. Otherwise she makes me sleep in the room with Day-Day. I can’t help it. I want to be close to Mommy.
I have fun playing with Day-Day and Ubetah these days. I’ve been teaching Day-Day to say “Bah-Uhm” instead of Milk. It drives our parents crazy so we find it entertaining. I like to sing to Ubetah and play with her bouncy chair. She smiles at me a lot.
Well I hope you all can make it to my Happy Birthday Party. I’ll let you know how it goes.
Love,
Adam
Mommy took me on a date yesterday. We went to the store and she told me I would get to pick out my very own duck. Before we got there she made me sit in the car while we got the emmissions test done (BORING) and then we went to the Disney store! I got a Donald Duck of my very own and 3 baby ducks (Hewey, Dewey and Louie). I like to put my duck in the baby swing and give it kisses on its beak. There is nothing better in this world that a soft and cuddly duck!
David
Can you believe I've survived three months in this house so far? Only 213 more months to go before I can move out on my own :-p Actually I can't complain too much. Mom and Dad booted David out of my room finally and Mom is preparing it for the new princess in town. By this time next week it will be referred to as "Rebekah's Room." However, I am a bit jealous of the lively walls in my brothers' room. It is fitting that they are in the jungle room since they are a bunch of wild animals. David is like a monkey in a cage when it comes to bedtime. Adam on the other hand is more like the zookeeper.
Mom says I am just the happiest and sweetest baby ever. I just LOVE to smile and smile and smile some more. All it takes is for someone to look at me and say hello and I grin from ear to ear. I've started going to bed around 8 these days to give my parents some alone time in the evenings. I've been great for Mom in the evenings. I get up once between 2 and 3 a.m. and then not until 6ish again. Mom is happy that I am so good for her. I think we make a pretty good team.
My brothers are a bit crazy but I like sitting up in my walker these days and watching them get into trouble. Sometimes I even smile when David is crying. I can't help myself. It's what siblings do.
Well, I better get some rest now. Lots of love.

So I went out with the ole-man tonight for dinner. Just him and I. Mom texted dad asking us to pickup stuff. Oh mommy! She is really slacking. To top it all off, there was an empty beer box and empty cans rolling around the parking lot. I told dad "Someone made a mess! Mommy clean-up!" He chucked and said, "Yes, mommy clean-up!"
